Weekly Update

GCN Family,

I don’t know about you, but I’m still thinking about that great Welcome Home Sunday. I loved the 6 baptisms, seeing so many new or not-seen-in-a-while faces, the delicious food, and all the fun. Thank you for inviting the people in your life to join you!

I’d love to hear it: What was a highlight of yours from this past Sunday?

Here’s the challenge: Invite those same friends, family members, and co-workers to join you this Sunday! We’ll be starting a new series called, Church on Purpose. You won’t want to miss these weeks. So many people are longing for a place to belong. By God’s grace, and filled with His Holy Spirit, we are those people.

A few others things:

1. GCN Connect Lunch. Sunday, September 21st. This is for anyone who is newer to GCN over the past year. CLICK HERE to sign up. Connect with our pastors and other GCNers, learn a little more about the church, ask any questions, and eat some good food. We’re looking forward to connecting with you!
   
   
2. GCN Youth Burger Bash. This Sunday (September 14th). 5:30-7:30.If you (or your kid,       grandkid, or neighbors’ kid) is in 6th-12th grade, we hope you’ll be a part of our Youth Group Fall Kick-off. Games, Food, Fun.
   
   
3. LIFE GROUPS. Sign up now. Our Fall Life Group season begins soon. If you’ve never been a part of a Life Group before, we really hope you’ll sign up this week. CLICK HERE to access the list of all the groups. There’s something for everyone. This is how we grow together, experience discipleship, and become more like Christ. We were made for community!
